CS Magoha Moves School Re-Opening To Monday, Next Week
The Ministry of Education has changed the nationwide school re-opening dates from Thursday, August, 11 to August Monday, 15 2022.
In a press statement on Wednesday, Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha said that the changes have been occasioned by an expected delay in the vote tallying process.
“On 1st August 2022, I ordered the early closure of all Basic Education Institutions to allow for adequate preparation and conduct of the General Elections. We indicated that reopening would be on the 11th of August 2022,” Magoha’s statement read in part.
