President Ruto Advised To Stop Revocation Of Title Deeds Of Undeveloped Land
Machakos senator Agnes Kavindu Muthama has called on President William Ruto to stop revoking title deeds of land that has not been developed for over ten years.
The senator said on Monday that nobody has a right to take someone's land whatsoever and the law doesn't allow that in Kenya.
She termed it sad to hear the president say that title deeds would be revoked from landowners.
Muthama said that some of the owners can't even put their foot on their land in different places as some have been taken by the cartels and needed security to access their lands and develop.
She cited the Drumvale farmers in Kamulu where she said many of the owners can't access the lands.
