Kim Kardashian Passes Baby Bar Law Exam

Kim Kardashian passed the baby bar exam after two years of attempts, moving her one step closer to becoming a real-deal attorney. Kim certainly didn't hold back her excitement when she made the announcement Monday,  saying, "OMFGGGG I PASSED THE BABY BAR EXAM!!!!" Kim had previously failed the exam 3 times, but had COVID during one of those attempts, she joked, " ... on the 3rd try w a 104 fever but I’m not making excuses ;)" The baby bar is the first of two exams needed to be taken to become an attorney in the state of California, Kim mentioned, "I was told by top lawyers that this was a close to impossible journey and harder than the traditional law school route but it was my only option and it feels so so sooooo good to be here and on my way to achieving my goals." ...

One Cop killed in Baringo banditry attack

One police officer was shot dead on Sunday when bandits attacked Chepkesin, Baringo North sub-county. Area police boss Fred Odinga said the officer, David Omondi, was in the company of his colleagues during a routine security patrol when the attack happened. “There was fierce exchange of fire before we unfortunately we lost our officer in the process,” Odinga said. He said the officers were helping to repulse armed bandits who were  illegally grazing and watering their animals in the area. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa tests positive for Covid-19

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa tested positive for Covid-19 on Sunday and was receiving treatment for mild symptoms, the presidency said in a statement. Ramaphosa, who is fully vaccinated, began feeling unwell after leaving a state memorial service for former president FW de Klerk in Cape Town earlier in the day but was in good spirits and being monitored by doctors, it said. Lamu night travel ban on cargo vehicles lifted eight years on

The government has lifted an eight-year-old ban on night travel for cargo transporters plying the Lamu-Witu-Garsen road in Lamu County. Since 2014, following terrorist attacks, public service vehicles (PSV) had been operating only during day and in one convoy escorted by armed police. Private vehicles, including those ferrying cargo, were also banned from travelling at night.
