Court issues arrest warrant against Ndichu brothers
Nairobi court has issued an arrest warrant against two brothers- Paul Ndichu and Edward Ndichu after they once again failed to appear in court for their assault case.
Kibera chief magistrate Ann Mwangi ordered the police to arrest the duo.
"Since the accused person is not in court despite a court order I, therefore, issue a warrant of arrest against them," Mwangi ruled.
The lawyer holding brief in the matter had told the court that the accused persons lawyer was in another matter at the high court.
"I am holding brief in the matter and I have instructions to ask for another date since their lawyer is in another matter at the high court," he said.
