MP Sankok’s Son Reportedly Refused To Return To School Before Gun Incident
New developments have emerged in the ongoing investigations into the death of Nominated MP David Sankok's son after Kericho High School's principal revealed that he had refused to return to school before the incident.
The MP's son, 15, reportedly shot himself using his father's pistol on Monday afternoon after taking it from a safe in his father's bathroom. He was a Form Four student.
He was expected to report to school last week but was not keen on going which is said to have sparked an argument with his father.
Narok County DCI boss Mwenda Ethiaba said the teenager's death was preceded by an argument about his school.
