Kakamega Senator sues ODM over deputy leader of minority of the senate.
Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala has challenged his removal from the office of deputy leader of Minority of the Senate.
He has told the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal that his removal on March 24 was unprocedural, unilateral, unlawful and violated the NASA coalition agreement between ODM and four political parties, hence null and void.
“The complainant discharged the duties of the Senate diligently until his unceremonious removal on March 24 in a charade solely orchestrated and executed by ODM contrary to their agreement,” Malala says in documents.
