T.I till super chill about his recent bust in Amsterdam ... which he's now calling "a slight kerfuffle" with a dash of "lost in translation." We got the rapper and his wife, Tiny, Wednesday as they returned to the States, flying into LAX. We asked him to shed some light on the run-in with cops in the Netherlands, and he said the whole thing was a slight miscommunication. Hospital to pay woman Sh2m for testing HIV without her consent

A hospital has been fined Sh2 million for conducting HIV tests on a woman without her consent. The woman had been initially awarded Sh900,000 by a tribunal but Justice Hedwig Ong'udi increased the fine. Ong’udi noted that a test like that of HIV cannot be lumped with other tests and assumed to have been consented to. “There must be counselling and preparation before this test is taken. None of these was undertaken,” Justice Ong'udi said. The woman was an employee at the hospital. She sued her former employer for testing her without consent, without pre-test or post-test counselling and unlawfully disclosing the status causing her so much psychological trauma. There was drama at the Kibera law courts on Thursday as musician Alex Apoko, popularly known as Ringtone, arrived in court in an ambulance with medics behind him. He attended the plea taking of blogger Robert Alai, whom he has accused of assaulting him some last Friday. However, Ringtone was reduced to tears after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions recalled the file for further perusal. The 40-year-old media personality had earlier via her This Is Paris podcast shared that she and her fiancé, Carter Reum, were expecting triplets.
