Dallas County, Texas, pastor David Paul Moten sued West, his label Universal Music Group (UMG.AS), and its subsidiaries Def Jam Recordings and the West-founded G.O.O.D. Music on Tuesday in Dallas federal court. The copyright infringement lawsuit says at least two sections of "Come to Life" feature excerpts from Moten's sermon. Russian energy giant Gazprom has said it has halted gas exports to Poland and Bulgaria over the countries' refusal to pay for supplies in roubles. In a statement the firm said services will not be restored until payments are made in the Russian currency. It comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered "unfriendly" countries to pay for gas in roubles Poland confirmed supplies had been cut but Bulgaria said it would soon know if gas sent via Turkey had been stopped.
