Joan Burke, 61, appeared before a Palm Beach County judge on Sunday via video conference and was charged with first-degree murder. Nairobi County Assembly is mourning the death of Deputy minority leader Mellab Atemah Lumalah who passed away on Monday morning after a long illness. Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Benson Mutura said that the legislator was undergoing treatment and they received the sad news early in the morning. “Indeed it is true that we have lost one of our own who has been ailing for a while now. In a verdict delivered by the High Court sitting in Nairobi, a top financial institution has been granted the clearance to seize and auction assets belonging to Governor Anne Kananu's administration.
