Kanye has now lawyered up to handle custody issues in his divorce, and we're told this will end up before a judge, unless he reaches some agreement with kim. Here's the issue. Up until now, there has been no formal schedule and they they have tried working it out amongst themselves. When Kanye's in town and wants to see the kids, she's game, unless the kids are in the middle of something else. There's clearly a conflict, and it's getting worse. We're told Spector will first try to establish something more formal between Kim and Kanye, but if that doesn't happen she'll go to court and ask a judge to impose ground rules for custody and visitation. Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha has pardoned two KCSE students from Nairobi caught with mobile phones a few minutes before the national examinations began.  Speaking in Mombasa County on Monday, March 14, Magoha said that the candidates would still carry on with the exams and urged all candidates to concentrate on their exams and avoid any malpractices. He warned all teachers and exam officials against engaging in any irregularities, noting that they would face the full force of the law if caught.  "We shall allow them to take the exams. Obama tests positive for Covid-19

Former U.S. President Barack Obama said on Sunday he had tested positive for COVID-19 and was feeling fine other than a scratchy throat. "I've had a scratchy throat for a couple of days, but am feeling fine otherwise," Obama wrote on Twitter. "Michelle and I are grateful to be vaccinated and boosted, and she has tested negative." He tested positive in DC, a person close to him said, according to CNN. The former US president added: "It’s a good reminder that, even as cases go down, you should get vaccinated and boosted if you haven’t already to help prevent more serious symptoms and giving COVID to others".

KDF soldier found dead in Embakasi in suspected suicide

Police and military are investigating an incident in which a 45-year-old Kenya Defence Forces soldier was found dead in his house after an apparent suicide in Embakasi, Nairobi. Colleagues of the deceased identified as David Kimaru said he was not picking up his calls on Sunday, which was unusual. This prompted them to visit his house, which is within the Embakasi garrison It was then that they discovered he had already died. His body was found hanging on a rope in his house long after he had died. There was no indication of what motivated the incident. Police who visited the scene said they suspect he died a day earlier. The CS said, he however encourages the wearing of masks during indoor functions to curb the spread of Covid-19 disease. Three suspects were arrested and vandalized Kenya Power equipment estimated to be worth millions of shillings recovered, after a Directorate of Criminal Investigations-led sting operation in Juja, Kiambu County.   Two of the suspects, Johana Thuku and Stephen Githitu, were arrested after detectives raided a scrap metal yard in Juja’s Matangi area. US actor Jussie Smollett has been sentenced to 150 days in jail after a jury found he lied to police about being the victim of a hate crime.
