Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga got a nice surprise at his home when a Nairobi fashion designer paid him a visit bearing gifts.
The fashionista who goes by Nairobi West Niccur on his social media shared photos hanging out with the politician at his home and presenting him with his new footwear. From the photos and videos shared on the designer’s Instagram page, one could spot the young man gifting Raila a designed hoodie and explaining a message on the back of it.
They also shared snaps of Raila relaxing in his new Yeezy sandals, which were a perfect fit, and another of Nairobi West Niccur helping Raila with the shoelaces of his new Nike wear. Raila looked great in his new sneakers, which might come in handy during long travels and his upcoming campaign for the 2022 general elections.
In his caption, the young man noted he was privileged to gift his good friend some new merchandise, adding that he believes it could inspire the youth with dreams of making it big in the entertainment industry.
This is not the first time that Raila has received the same visitors who showed up a month ago with another set of sneakers. The leader had been hosting several politicians at his Karen residence during the same period, and they all came bearing goats as gifts.
