The President of the Court of Appeal Justice Daniel Musinga has constituted a seven-judge bench to hear the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) appeal case.
An appeal was filed in the appellate court after a five-judge bench of the High Court delivered a unanimous judgment declaring the report unconstitutional, null, and void. According to a statement by the Judiciary on Thursday, June 24, the hearing of the appeal will commence on Tuesday, June 29, for four consecutive days up to July 2, 2021
